Ways You Can Take Action

So much of the yoga practice is about unlearning and relearning our behaviors, cultivating new ones, and letting go of the ones that no longer serve us.

Standing with Black solidarity, we invite and share with you resources and websites to encourage and raise more awareness in the fight to stop racism, social injustices, inequality, and discrimination.

When we aren’t cultivating our potential, we are neglecting it. Movement is life, stay in motion - keep the momentum whatever your practice.
As we continue to face our personal, physical, and social barriers, now more than ever, it is important to recognize our individual responsibility to grow while we come together in unity, not division.
