Sunday Classes

All of our Sunday online classes are inspired by the idea that Yoga has no boundaries, other than the ones that we create for ourself. Through the use of integrated movement, breath, and mindset, each class is created with an emphasis on safe, functional movement to support full body strengthening and overall flexibly.

Whether you are just starting your practice, a regular practitioner, or an experienced Yogi - you’ll find plenty of options to explore and expand your own physical and energetic state.
